College Sports

Cincinnati’s swimming and diving team is competing in the American Athletic Conference Championships this week. The conference championships run from Monday through Saturday. Taking place at the Robson & Lindley Aquatics Center and Barr-McMillion Natatorium in Dallas, TX. This week’s events can be seen on ESPN+. Meanwhile, Mount St. Joseph’s wrestling team will host the Heartland Conference Duals; this Wednesday at 6 PM.

Thomas More’s wrestling team will compete in the Mid-South Conference Championship this week. Those championships will take place Thursday through Saturday in Bowling Green, KY. Bowling Green will also host the Mid-South Cheerleading Championships Friday and Saturday. Louisville, KY’s Norton Center will host the Mid-South’s Indoor Track and Field Championships on Friday. Meanwhile, Thomas More’s softball team will host Trinity International University (IL) Saturday at 2 and 4 PM.

Cincinnati’s women’s lacrosse team will host two games this weekend. Hosting Robert Morris Friday at 3 PM on ESPN+. Then host Marquette Sunday at Noon on ESPN+. Xavier’s women’s lacrosse team will host Detroit Mercy this Sunday. The game is set to start at 2 PM at Corcoran Field in Cincinnati. Sunday’s Xavier game can be seen on FloSports.

Also on Sunday, Xavier’s women’s tennis team will host James Madison. That event is set to start at 2:30 PM. At the Eastern Hills Indoor Tennis Club in Cincinnati. Miami-Ohio’s women’s tennis team will host Cincinnati on Sunday. At the Riverside Athletic Club in Oxford, OH at 4:30 PM. Meanwhile, Northern Kentucky’s women’s tennis team will face Bellarmine; this Saturday in Louisville at 2 PM.

Cincinnati Cyclones

Cyclones vs. Kalamazoo Wings, Wednesday at 7:30 PM.

Cyclones vs. Fort Wayne Komets, Friday at 7:30 PM.

FC Cincinnati

FCC will conclude their preseason this week. With club friendly matches against the New England Revolution and Nashville SC. FC Cincinnati and New England will play this Tuesday in Clearwater, FL. FCC will play Nashville this Friday at in St. Petersburg, FL. FC Cincinnati already played three preseason friendlies prior to this week. They lost 3-1 to the Philadelphia Union last Friday. FCC won their other friendlies against Austin FC and the University of South Florida.

Cincinnati Reds

Pitchers and catchers will report to spring training in Goodyear, AZ this Tuesday. The first full squad workout will happen on February 20th. The Reds’ first spring training game is scheduled to take place on February 25th. When they’re set to host the Cleveland Guardians in Goodyear, AZ.
