FC Cincinnati
While Cincinnati won’t get to host 2026 FIFA World Cup matches. There’s some good news on the Cincinnati soccer beat. Given FIFA’s relatively recent corruption problems; not having to do more immediate business with them is a plus for Cincinnati. More significantly, FC Cincinnati secured a point in the standings over the weekend. Through last Saturday’s 1-1 draw on the road against the Philadelphia Union. After getting swept by the Milwaukee Brewers over the weekend. The Cincinnati Reds will strive to avoid the same fate this week against the Los Angeles Dodgers at home. Along with the San Francisco Giants on the road this weekend. The Dodgers lead the National League West heading into Monday. Half a game ahead of the San Diego Padres and three ahead of the Giants.

Men’s College World Series
Notre Dame faces a win or go home scenario this Tuesday. With one loss already in the CWS in Omaha, NE. Notre Dame will face Texas A&M Tuesday at 2 PM on ESPN. The winner will face Oklahoma Wednesday at 2 PM on ESPN. If Notre Dame wins Wednesday, they will face Oklahoma again Thursday at a time yet to be determined on ESPN.
